    • Compile and document successes, opportunities for improvement, gaps and recommendations for improving perfomance
  • Description
    • Sessions may include any form of meeting or forum
  • Elements
    • Review of activities, processes and deliveries of NA, final product, questions or managerial concerns, performance x plan, root cause of variations, recommended corrective actions
  • Usage Considerations
    1. Advantages – Identification of improvement opportunities and assist staff motivation
    2. Disadvantages – Requires preparation of the team to avoid session of complaints/guilty, honest discussion can not happen, staff may be reluctant to discuss problems
